3 sets of planks before I set out.
Reached the mid-point on my short run in 18 minutes. For the first time I felt a bit of play in my feet. Foot-switches, dodging trip hazards, I looked and felt like a runner. ran back in 20 minutes, which was pretty poor, despite me being pretty solid on my feet. The 500 grams of red meat I ate at 11pm last night, clearly didn’t help my run.
Did my local circuit of 1.3 miles to bring my total up to 6 miles. All finished in 46:20. Pace of 7:42 minute miles…
