The stats: 15 miles in 1:48

The story: Felt good coming off a day off. For some reason, I decided to make this an “almost” tempo run. I felt good, until my stomach started to give me trouble at mile 10. Then with 2 miles to go, I started to feel light-headed and my chest got tight. I finished the run and felt like crap for a couple of hours afterwards. I don’t think it was anything serious, but if it happens again I’ll worry.
